Tariffs: Seasonal/unit rates and minimum booking periods apply. Extra charges may levied e.g for departures on public holidays.Check-in: Is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and / or check-out is by arrangement.
Cancellation policy: We require at least 48hrs notice if you intend to cancel your booking. Failure to do so may result in you being charged a cancellation fee of one nights accommodation . We also reserve the right to hold any deposit held in relation to said booking. (depending on circumstances) For group or other large bookings we request at least two weeks notice of cancellation, again the same fee≠s may apply.
Refund policy: All deposits will be re-funded in full if a booking is cancelled within the appropriate time frame. However please note that a deposit taken from a credit card can only be refunded to that same credit card. We do not offer cash refunds.
Credit Card guarantees: Bookings by telephone and on-line will only be confirmed with a valid credit card number and expiry date. Credit card details are for the confirmation of your booking only. You may pay by other methods on arrival or departure. A deposit will be required for other methods payment and large group bookings.
Changes in reservation term: Any change in reservation term will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply. Any extension/alteration to a booking is subject to availability of rooms. Earlier departure than the reserved date may not result in a refund unless the motel management approve and are able to relet the booked accommodation.
Smoking: This is a smoke free complex. Please smoke outside and away from doors and open windows, and be considerate of other guests at all times. In the event of someone having smoked in the room we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.
General: Visitors are permitted at the managements discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest.
